Glucose Powder

Glucose is a sugar derived from starch (corn, wheat, potato, tapioca, or rice). It is used to increase the sugar content of many products, stabilize ice creams / sorbets, make syrup and jam, and increase the shelf life of baked goods. In sugar work, glucose prevents recrystallisation and makes the sugar mass elastic.
